This support group is designed to provide comforting and informal support for individuals facing the challenges of chronic illness. Held in beautiful cafes, these gatherings offer a relaxed atmosphere where you can connect with others who understand the struggles you endure on a daily basis.

Walk & Support
Our inclusive walking group specifically tailored for individuals who may not be able to join regular walking groups. We understand that physical limitations can make it challenging to participate in traditional walking activities, so we've created a supportive environment where everyone can engage in slow-paced walks on relatively flat terrains.
Join us to enjoy the benefits of gentle exercise, fresh air, and the camaraderie of like-minded individuals who understand the challenges you face.
It's important to note that we are unable to offer physical assistance during the walks. If you require assistance, we kindly request you bring a carer or support person along with you.
